Online Course Registration or AKA-02 Form (Students who skip semester / extend their semester / Those who are unable to register online)

• Course registration and the process of adding / dropping courses must be done ONLINE. However, students who are unable to complete the process online are required to fill out Form AKA-02 (Course Registration Form) and Form AKA-04 (Add/Drop Course Application Form).

• Students must comply with the scheduled dates. A late penalty will be imposed for non-compliance with the specified timeline.

• Students are required to:

  1. Settle all outstanding fees prior to course registration;

  2. Register for accommodation online via the Student Portal (excluding Part-Time Diploma, Master’s, and PhD students); and

  3. Online course registration via the Student Portal (Ensure that the status is 'Registered').

• Students who fail to register after the first week of lectures will be automatically DEFERRED for local students, while international students will be TERMINATED.

• Penalty Rate :

• Students are required to verify and print out their latest course registration slip after each registration and renewal or change during the registration period.

• Any consequences arising from failure to follow the registration or add / drop procedures within the specified timeframe are the student's resposibility.
